Standard Service 2-3 days £4.95

Express Service 1-2 days £6.95 (Order by 1pm)

All goods will be wrapped and packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery. If an item is not in stock or we anticipate delays we will let you know. 

We use Royal Mail 48hr service for UK orders and either Royal Mail or DHL for international.

Overseas Deliveries

For deliveries outside the UK, our postage and packaging charge does not cover any possible customs import duties and or taxes. These may be levied once the item(s) reach the specified country. You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Also international deliveries may be subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities, this may cause delays to deliveries which is beyond our control.

All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed for service.

Non-Faulty Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is not faulty or damaged, you may return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receiving them. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging. Please ensure that the items are securely wrapped and packaged to avoid any breakages during transit. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the goods until they are returned to us and for return postage.

Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that the original postage and packaging charges will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within the next working day. We will arrange for the collection of the faulty or damaged goods and provide you with a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

All refunds will be credited using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

International Returns:
