We're opening the Friday Sari Project studio for a small industry preview of our SS27 Studio Store, bringing together contemporary designers from India + Sri Lanka.

ABOUT LAFAANI
Rooted in Indian craft heritage, Lafaani is a design-led, circular fashion label that seeks to create garments that live beyond seasons. The collection features womenswear, menswear and unisex. Through handwoven textiles, natural dyes, hand embroidery, and upcycled materials, the brand works with a deep sense of responsibility toward land, craft, and community; honouring the labour, skill, and lived knowledge of the artisans who bring each piece to life.

Join us for a celebration of The Himalayan Knot, Royal Enfield's textile and pastoral land conservation project that brings together artisanal communities, designers, pastoralists, and conservationists in deep-rooted collaborations spotlighting the sustainable heritage textile traditions of the Himalayas.
London Craft Week: Circular Craft - Creating from Waste
A talk and presentation with designers from India and Sri Lanka of how waste materials are being crafted to create innovative designed products, waste solutions and uplift local communities.
Featuring winners of our 'FSP Craft Futures Sri Lanka Award' in the category of 'Purpose-led Design Award' - Rice + Carry and Alke.
Rice + Carry, a Sri Lankan based brand creating accessories from recycled rice sacks and beach waste such as fishing nets and plastic. Sara Nazoor, founder of Alke is a jewellery and metal artist based in Sri Lanka. Her practice centres on transforming recyled materials- primarily brass, PET plastic and seas glass. Both award winners have purpose led studios employing and training local women to uplift communities.

Join us for a conversation with the winners of our FSP Craft Futures Sri Lanka Award, exploring the evolving landscape of Sri Lankan craft. The Cow Mask Project
Kolkata artist Sujatro Ghosh’s Instagram photography project points to his country’s veneration of cows to highlight rising violence against women. He photographs Indian women posing in cow masks as part of a provocative photographic series that asks: is it safer to be a sacred animal in India than a woman?

Aman Khanna is a sculptor and visual storyteller with a studio based in New Delhi.
We will show a selection of his ‘Dysfunctional’ and ‘Functional’ clay pieces.
Tiipoi is a London-based design studio founded by Spandana Gopal. Tiipoi has developed a brand new collection of planters and vases titled ‘Siment’ inspired by the structures of concrete water towers in India.
