Invites you to join him “At the Chef's Table” for a Taster Menu of his favourite South Asian dishes.
Included in the evening and your ticket price are wine pairings to go with each course selected by wine experts ‘PLANET OF THE GRAPES ’.

Pav Bhaji Tartlets - Spiced mixed mashed vegetable tartlets, gram flour noodles, micro-herbs.
Bread Pakoda - bread, spicy mashed potato, gram flour batter, tomato chutney.
Mini Vegetable Uttapam - rice pancake, sun dried tomato, petit pois, roasted peppers, coconut chutney.

Kadala Curry - chickpeas, red chilli & onion spice paste, tomato, coriander, curry leaves.
Carrot Halwa Raviolo - carrot halwa raviolo, white chocolate & cream cheese sauce, almond & walnut soil.

Open Evening: the work of artist Nelun Harassgama
Serigraphs and Sari
Creating one-off pieces using the technique of Serigraphy, Sri Lankan artist Nelun hopes her work represents 'News Flashes' in life. A snapshot of a time captured through her beautiful prints. Nelun uses the medium of sari as a canvas. We include her sari artwork as part of our evolving ‘Future’ Drape’ exhibition of modern sari and drape.
